eMarketing isn’t new to business, but it might be new to you. If you have a business that serves a local market or a business that does business around the US or even around the world, then you must dedicate resources to capture those markets using the internet. At MKM Webs, we have been perfecting eMarketing since 1996. Our clients have enjoyed high search engine rankings which helped drive their lead generation and sales through the roof.
There are several different methods in which you can use to get listed in the top search engines and drive internet traffic to your website. Each method comes with different investment factors, so a clear understanding of each is very important. One last thing before we explain the different categories of eMarketing…build it and they will come! NOT! If you don’t market your website, nobody will find you amongst the millions and millions of websites on the World Wide Web.

Search Engine Optimization:
Definition: Employing techniques to improve non-paid rankings in the results returned from various Internet search engines. The higher your Web site's ranking, the more likely you are to get traffic from visitors who find you by conducting a search. Some techniques are specific to a specific search engine, such as Google, Yahoo, MSN Search, etc. For more information, please

Pay-Per-Click:
Definition: Pay per click (PPC) is an advertising model used on search engines, advertising networks, and content websites/blogs, where advertisers only pay when a user actually clicks on an ad to visit the advertiser's website. Advertisers bid on keywords they predict their target market will use as search terms when they are looking for a product or service. When a user types a keyword query matching the advertiser's keyword list, or views a page with relevant content, the advertiser's ad may be shown. These ads are called a "Sponsored link" or "sponsored ads" and appear next to or above the "natural" or organic results on search engine results pages, or anywhere a webmaster/blogger chooses on a content page.
